This kid’s mindful movement class will feel like 40 minutes of exhilarating, imagination-sparking physical play. Don’t be fooled though, we are specially equipped to nurture skills such as body awareness, strength, self-assuredness, agility and problem solving. Your kids will go through a variety of exercises that will fire up their imaginations, raise their confidence sky-high, challenge their problem-solving brains, all while supremely enjoying themselves!
