As part of the CoreFix course, you will get worksheets and a home exercise program for your pelvic floor and your core muscles, to ensure you are getting the foundations right for re-building your postnatal body.
Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth (or when given the all-clear from you doctor).
This is a Mother Nurture Yoga class.

During our 5 week Mums & Bubs CoreFix Course, you will:
* Rebuild your core strength (abs, back, butt and pelvic floor) in a safe and effective way
* Release tension from your neck and shoulders
* Connect with your baby through infant massage, baby yoga, songs and movement
* Meet with other local mums in a supportive environment
* Relax your body and mind
* Start to tone up and shift baby weight
After these 5 weeks you’ll be ready to join the 10 am Mums & Bubs class and continue the awesome work!
