Description
A Yin and Yang Fusion flow that draws inspiration from the Daoist lineage. Marrying breath and movement, this energetically balanced class will offer gentle, creative transitions between postures to build strength, stamina and open all the tight spots. Parts of it will be more "flowey" and parts of it will focus on sinking into stillness, emphasising the meditative over the action, diving into the deeper, denser tissues of the body - fascia, tendons, ligaments and joints. Postures can be held anywhere from 3 breaths to 3 minutes to increase your mobility, your static and dynamic balance, and regulate subtle energy flows throughout.
