DESCRIPTION: Kristien will lead you to "Where the Asana becomes a Seat": a playfull and strong Asana practice on Friday evening and in the mornings, a Restorative - or Pranayama lesson in the afternoons. You can join if you practice Iyengar yoga regularly under a Certified Iyengar yoga teacher for at least two years. There’s limited space (12) due to the measures to ban the virus. 
Please have an eye on this page regularly to see changes and how we deal with new regulations. 12 spots available. Schedule:
Friday 27th: 				
6:30 to 8:30 pm
Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th: 	
10:00 am to 1:00 pm
2:00 to 4:00 pm

The booking process: 
Booking the ENTIRE workshop (€ 125), select the lesson on Friday 27th, follow the payment process with iDeal or pay by bank transfer and then click on each class of the workshop you’re going to attend. Your mat is secured when the payment is fulfilled. 
Book PARTS OF THE WORKSHOP as long as spots are available:
three hours session: €37,50 - two hours session: €25
Select class(es) in the workshop, pay and confirm the booking.
