DESCRIPTION: Level 2-les kun je doen als je 1 jaar regelmatig Iyengar yogales hebt gevolgd, bij ons of bij een andere gecertificeerde Iyengar yoga leraar. Heb je nog nooit eerder yogales gevolgd? Kom dan naar de school voor les! Online les is niet geschikt voor kennismaken met Iyengar yoga.
In verband met de maatregelen om het verspreiden van het virus in te dammen verzoeken we je niet te komen als je ziekteverschijnselen hebt of koorts. Bereid je voor op je les en kom ajb op tijd, yogakleding aantrekken onder je gewone kleding als enigszins mogelijk.

You can do Level 2 class if you have followed a regular Iyengar yoga class for 1 year, with us or with another certified Iyengar yoga teacher. Never had a yoga class before? Then come to the school for class. Online lessons are not suitable for pure beginners in Iyengar yoga.
Due to the measures to control the spread of the virus, we request that you do not come if you have symptoms of illness or a fever. Prepare for your lesson and please be on time. Put on yoga clothes under your regular clothes if possible
