Let op! De lesgeef training is naar zaterdag 18/02 verzet.
Maandelijks op zondag werken we drie uur, van 10:00 tot 13:00, verdiepend met Asana en Pranayama. Dit is voor jou als je echt voor Iyengar yoga gekozen hebt; +3 jaar Iyengar yoga les volgt op regelmatige basis, zelfstandig thuis oefent, de Sanskriet namen herkent en weet hoe je met omgekeerde asana's en achterover-strekkingen om moet gaan. Enkele leerlingen doen mee om zich voor te bereiden op het Level 1 èn 2 Iyengar yogaleraren examen. Betaal de Level 3 les apart, als je niet betrokken bent bij het Mentor programma. 

Wil je gecertificeerd Iyengar yogaleraar worden? Overleg dan met Kristien of het Mentor programma iets voor jou is. Je kunt op elk moment instappen. Want 's middags geeft Kristien van 14:00 tot 17:00 theorie en praktijk van het lesgeven. Je kunt dus ook voor de hele dag aanmelden en betalen.

Monthly on Sunday we work three hours, from 10:00 to 13:00, deepening with Asana and Pranayama. This is for you if you really chose Iyengar yoga; +3 years attends Iyengar yoga classes on a regular basis, practices independently at home, recognizes the Sanskrit names and knows how to deal with inverted asanas and back stretches. Some students participate to prepare for the Level 1 and 2 Iyengar yoga teacher exam. Pay for the Level 3 lesson separately, if you are not involved in the Mentor program.

Do you want to become a certified Iyengar yoga teacher? Then discuss with Kristien whether the Mentor program is something for you. You can get in at any time. Because in the afternoon Kristien teaches theory and practice of teaching from 14:00 to 17:00. So you can also register and pay for the whole day.
