DESCRIPTION: We zetten de traditie voort van een workshop op de twee feestelijke Pinksterdagen voor alle begeesterde yogis, mensen die aan het het mentor programma deelnemen en voor als je kennis wil maken met ‘Kristien als mentor’ (als je gecertificeerd Iyengar yogaleraar wil worden). Hoe dan ook, met minimaal 2 jaar Iyengar yoga-ervaring kun je meedoen. 10:00 – 13:00 Asana; 14:00 – 15:00 Let’s talk Q&A/filosofie; 15:00 – 17:00 Herstellende asana’s + adem (losse dagen/ochtenden zijn vanaf 1 mei apart te boeken)
