DESCRIPTION: Laatste keer voor de zomer maken we in de school ruimte om de filosofie van de (Iyengar) yoga te bestuderen aan de hand van tekst en uitleg en ook natuurlijk dialoog. De eeuwenoude geschriften zijn immers heel actueel en kun je zo op je eigen leven toepassen.
Once every 6 weeks, the school opens to learn more about Philosophy that underlies our yoga practice. We will read text and get an explanation and of course there will be a dialogue. What you can read in the old scriptures is so actual and useful in your daily life.
