DESCRIPTION: ‘YOGATELIERS‘ is voor Iyengar yoga beoefenaren. (Beginners of mensen met een recent opgelopen blessure beter een kortere les in het reguliere rooster volgen) Als je samen met anderen aan de syllabi van Level 1 en 2 wilt werken, en onder leiding van Kristien je begrip wilt vergroten. Deelnemers die in training zijn, krijgen de kans om het lesgeven aan de andere deelnemers te oefenen.
De YogAteliers in het seizoen ’25-’26 zullen op zondag plaatsvinden van 11:30 tot 18:30.

"YOGATELIERS" is for advanced Iyengar yoga practitioners. (So beginners and people with new/severe injuries, are better off in shorter classes) If you want to work with others on the Level 1 and 2 syllabi and deepen your understanding under Kristien's guidance, you can do so. Participants currently in training will have the opportunity to practice teaching the other participants.
The YogAteliers in the 2025-2026 season will take place on Sundays from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Dates: October 5, 2025; February 22, 2026; March 29, 2026. Price includes soup during the break: €70.
Dutch and English spoken.
It is possible to follow the class online, then register for the ONLINE class on the same day in the schedule.
