DESCRIPTION: All Levels SLOWER lessen zijn voor beginners en gevorderden. Iedereen die al eerder bij ons of elders Iyengar yogales heeft gevolgd kan meedoen. 
In verband met de maatregelen om het verspreiden van het virus in te dammen verzoeken we je niet te komen als je ziekteverschijnselen hebt of koorts. Kom ajb op tijd en als mogelijk met je yogakleding aan.

All Levels lessons SLOWER are for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Anyone who has previously attended Iyengar yoga classes with us or elsewhere can participate. 
Due to the measures to contain the spread of the virus, we ask you not to come if you have symptoms of disease or a fever. Please arrive on time and if possible with your yoga clothes on.
