DESCRIPTION: In these (once in two weeks) classes Kristien leads you back and forth through the Intermediate Junior syllabi in a creative way in order to have a better understanding of your practice. Being a Certified Iyengar yoga teacher (in training) with a solid +3 years Iyengar yoga practice you're very welcome. The classes will be live streamed from home. As also the online classes are interactive, we don't record any for later use. Come and join the class from home.
English spoken. Please book this class with a "1 les in 1 week"- ticket.

We email the link to the zoom meeting 35 min.in advance. Click on the link and it will be self-explanatory. After having booked, you will also find the link 30 minutes from beforehand in the class here in Momoyoga.
Have a place in your house where you can practice 2 to 3 meters in front of your smartphone (small!) / Tablet (better) / computer (best). Handy if you have a chair, a mat, two blocks, a belt and three blankets, or alternatives. Place yourself near a wall.
