Use our wel equipped space, and take time to do your practice. There's always space for questions and working with a friend. Please tell Kristien if you want to join. You need to have a base of 1 year Iyengar yoga class followed so you can build from that.

In onze yogales 'Meer met ademhaling' pak je eerst je rust en herstel je je energieniveau. Je leert met zacht werken in diverse asana’s hoe je een brug slaat tussen fysieke oefening en mentale verstilling. In deze verdiepende yogalessen maak je een stap van herstellende asana’s naar Pranayama, de weg van de levensenergie. Waar Asana het lichaam in lijn brengt (alignment) kan onze ademhaling (observeren-cultiveren) onze energie in goede banen leiden. Je kunt meedoen als je gedurende één jaar regelmatig Iyengar yoga lessen hebt gevolgd. Vraag je leraar advies over deze les als je twijfelt.

In our yogaclass 'More with breath' you take your rest first and so restore your energy level. You learn how to work more soft and subtle in different asana’s and you'll build a bridge between the physical and silencing the mind. In these deepening classes you make the step from restorative asana's to Pranayama, the path of the life energy. Where the practice of Asana aligns the body, our breath (observing and cultivating it) can lead our energy towards a good direction.
You can join if you have at least one year of regular Iyengar yoga experience.
Do ask your teacher when you hesitate this class is suitable for you.

Level 2-les kun je doen als je 1 jaar regelmatig Iyengar yogales hebt gevolgd, bij ons of bij een andere gecertificeerde Iyengar yoga leraar. Heb je nog nooit eerder yogales gevolgd? Probeer dan naar de Kennismaken met Iyengar yoga-cursus in de school te komen, vier zaterdagmiddagen in september.
In verband met de maatregelen om het verspreiden van het virus in te dammen verzoeken we je niet te komen als je ziekteverschijnselen hebt of koorts. We vragen je in de school aan de anderhalve meter afstand regel te houden en de hygiëne in acht te nemen. Bereid je voor op je les en kom ajb op tijd.
Meenemen checklist:
. 1 Yogamat (optioneel)
. 1 Grote handdoek of kussensloop om op de props te leggen (leg steeds dezelfde kant boven)
. 1 Gastendoekje om je voeten af te drogen. We geven de onze weg zolang de voorraad strekt. Je krijgt er alleen een als je heilig belooft het steeds naar de school mee te nemen
. Warme of koude drank
. Yogakleding aantrekken onder je gewone kleding als enigszins mogelijk.

You can do Level 2 class if you have followed a regular Iyengar yoga class for 1 year, with us or with another certified Iyengar yoga teacher. Never had a yoga class before? Then try coming to the Get acquainted with Iyengar yoga-course at the school, four Saturday afternoons in September.
Due to the measures to control the spread of the virus, we request that you do not come if you have symptoms of illness or a fever. We ask you to consider the rule of a meter and a half in the school and to observe hygiene. Prepare for your lesson and please be on time.
What to bring, checklist:
. 1 Yoga mat (optional)
. 1 Large towel or pillowcase to put on the props (always put the same side up)
. 1 Guest towel to dry your feet. We'll offer ours while supplies last. You only get one if you make a holy promise to always take it to the school
. Hot or cold drink
. Put on yoga clothes under your regular clothes if possible

Elke fysieke activiteit kan letsel of schade veroorzaken. We adviseren je om voorzichtig en bewust te zijn wanneer je deelneemt aan de online oefenen sessies.
Door deel te nemen, bevestig je dat jij alleen verantwoordelijk bent voor je deelname en dat je ermee instemt onherroepelijk af te zien van claims tegen Yogaschool Amsterdam. Door een les te boeken in Momoyoga, bevestig je dat je dit begrijpt en ermee instemt.

Heb je je 35 min. van tevoren aangemeld voor een les, dan ontvang je een e-mail met de link naar de zoom-meeting. Klik op de link en dan wijst het zich vanzelf. Vanaf 30 min. voor de les begint kun je ook in onze Momoyoga app of – website de gewenste les selecteren en boeken. Daar vind je ook de automatische link naar de les.

Zorg voor een plaats in je huis waar je 2 à 3 meter vóór je smartphone (klein!) /tablet (beter) /computer (best) kunt oefenen. Handig als je een stoel, een matje, twee blokken, een riem en drie dekens hebt, of alternatieven daarvoor. Stel jezelf op in de buurt van een muur.

Liability
Any physical activity can cause injury or damage. We advise you to be careful and aware when you participate in the online practice sessions.
By participating, you confirm that you are solely responsible for your participation and that you agree to irrevocably waive claims against Yogaschool Amsterdam. By booking a lesson in Momoyoga, you confirm that you understand and agree.

If you have registered for a lesson 35 minutes in advance, you will receive an email with the link to the zoom meeting. Click on the link and it will be self-explanatory. You can also select and book the desired lesson in our Momoyoga app or website from 30 minutes before the lesson starts. There you will also find the automatic link to the online lesson.

Have a place in your house where you can practice 2 to 3 meters in front of your smartphone (small!) / tablet (better) / computer (best). Handy if you have a chair, a mat, two blocks, a belt and three blankets, or alternatives. Place yourself near a wall.

Nooit eerder Iyengar yoga gedaan? Lerares Monique geeft je de juiste basis om verder te kunnen in onze school maar ook bij de Online lessen.
Veilig en stevig werken aan je gezondheid, rust in het hoofd, preventief voor blessures en ziekte.
Neem twee handdoeken mee naar de les, draag sportieve kleding.
De les is in principe in de school, maar mocht je in de loop van de maand in quarantaine moeten, hebben we de mogelijkheid om de les Online te streamen.
