If you are only starting to build your Ashtanga Yoga practice in a Mysore class, this guided class is perfect to help you memorise the sequence and experience the group energy through the flow.

If you are a regular Ashtanga practitioner this class will help you establish a daily practice even if it&#039;s shorter than your full practice.
