DESCRIPTION: Suitable for all levels including beginners. Particularly great for beginners and those of you whose practice time is around 1 hour.
Although we have an allocated time for the 2nd batch of this class you may adjust your practice time a little and start 5-10 mins earlier. Finish time no later than 8:45 am
Ashtanga Yoga is a set sequence of asanas that are linked through breath. The Mysore style is the traditional way of learning this method. It is a step-by-step process that begins with the Sun Salutations and over time you will be given more asanas depending on how your practice goes.
In a Mysore class, you can expect complete beginners and more experienced ones practising side by side.

If you are a beginner you will begin with simple breathwork and warm-ups and then you will be given the first poses of the Primary Series, once you have achieved them and the breath has become comfortable more asanas will be added… Your practice would initially last 45mins -1 hr.

Hands-on Adjustments: All students may receive hands-on adjustments to help them deepen their practice. If you don’t want hands-on adjustments that’s also fine and please feel free to share this so that you will only get verbal instructions.
