Structure: 
In a Mysore-style class, students practise at their own pace, following the set sequence of Ashtanga Yoga. Beginners start with breathwork, warm-ups, and the first few postures, gradually adding more as they progress. If you&#039;re new and unfamiliar with the sequence, your teacher will demonstrate and practise alongside you. 
Experienced practitioners continue their established sequences.

Key Points:
* The timing of your practice is flexible within the scheduled class window, so it’s fine if you arrive a little later than the start time. 
* Hands-on adjustments are offered but entirely optional—verbal guidance is always available.
