It’s a wonderful way for beginners to get a feel for the rhythm and flow of Ashtanga yoga. The teacher gives clear instructions and demonstrations, so you don’t need to memorize anything—just follow along at your own pace. And if something feels too much, you can always rest or take a simpler variation.
🧘‍♀️In contrast, Mysore style is more self-paced: you practice at your own rhythm while the teacher supports you individually. Beginners usually start with a shorter practice in Mysore, while in Led you move through the sequence together with the group.
