DESCRIPTION: Some yogis may still prefer to practice in the comfort of their own home. In order to facilitate this, a few classes will run both in-studio and online at the same time, so you can practice wherever you feel most comfortable.

A sequence of simple asanas for beginners and even for those who wish to be back to their practice after a long break. This practice will start with a warm-up and slow flow of sequences for the new yogis to understand the flow of yoga and breath works
