Description
Some yogis may still prefer to practice in the comfort of their own home. In order to facilitate this, a few classes will run both in-studio and online at the same time, so you can practice wherever you feel most comfortable.
The practice will start with a breathing practice and a gentle warm-up, followed by some more strength-building poses in combination with Yin poses, and ending with relaxation. This practice can effectively improve the flexibility and strength of the body, and balance the yin and yang.
