Yoga nidra , or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably in savasana, this systematic meditation takes you through a deep relaxation , floating between the sleeping state and the awake state, leaving you with a sense of wholeness.
This results in a great practice to let go of stress and anxiety.
Since you will be laying down for most of the class please make sure to dress warm. To get extra comfi we suggest to wear a warm sweater, sweatpants and socks.
All level class
