Start the week early and fresh with new intensions for your week.
This class will start with a little meditation where you can set your intension for the week and just shift and make connection by centering yourself. Following with nice flowing movements throughout the the rest of the practice to activate the body in a mindfull way while staying connected with the breath. You will thank yourself for starting your week with this extra selfcare!
