In this lesson you move at a calm pace with lots of attention to breathing. In adition to this class Yoga therapy will be applied so there is more time for relaxation and meditation. This form of yoga can easily be followed by beginners, but also by experienced practitioners. You will be challenged in a gentle and energetic way with respect for your physical limits.
