Each movement is made on a inhalation and or exhaltion to unite the breath and the movement. The movements may be combined with some longer holds on certain postures.
Flow (based from Dru yoga/Thai Chi) classes usually begins with gentle movements to warm the body, then into a more progressively more challenging poses. This is not your average Vinyasa flow. It always ends with calmer, deeper stretches and floor based poses.
