Start the day early and fresh to keep the body energized for the rest of the day. This class will start with a little meditation where you can set your intension for the day, shifting and connection towards the inner body by centering yourself. The flowing movements throughout the practice will activate the body mindfully yet keeping focus on the breath to calm the mind and body while working out.
