DESCRIPTION: Series of asanas (yoga postures) are performed in a continuous flow. Dynamic, powerful, sometimes challenging and executed to the beat of the breath. The movements merge smoothly. The synchronization of breath and movement - characteristic of this form of yoga - is called Vinyasa and creates a flow: this way your yoga practice also becomes a meditation in movement. You learn to find relaxation in your effort and to move from a powerful base.

Promotes circulation, strengthens and relaxes muscles. Your body becomes supple and strong and your mind comes to rest. Heat and energy are generated and muscles and organs are detoxified. In contrast to hot / bikram yoga, the heat is created from within. After class you feel energetic and calm. Meditation and savasana (final relaxation) are fixed parts of the lesson. In the evenings we ensure a good reduction so that you can sleep peacefully.

For the Vinyasa Flow classes, we recommend a good physical condition and at least half a year of yoga experience.
