DESCRIPTION: Hatha style class, more or less energetic depending on the weather! Held weekly, weather permitting and with a minimum of 4 students. Bring everything you will want, including suitable layers.
You can use any Online Yoga Pass for this class. 
If cancelled due to inclement weather, students will be notified at least one hour in advance. Student numbers will be checked on the day and class cancelled by noon if less than 4 registered. So please check your email prior to attending.
Class credit will be issued for any cancelled Park class, available to use for an online or future Park class instead.
