Ruth teaches you various wellness routines for your body and mind. You will learn better breathing techniques,gentle ways to mobilise the joints of the body, and how to explore muscle activation to build strength and stamina.
Can you notice how you feel before, during and after each practice? Become aware of your energy drains and gains in body and mind. These classes are suitable for all; you can choose what you feel comfortable doing. Chairs are provided and seated options are available for any standing or floor work.
