We are all different and our yoga practice should reflect this. This class provides a supportive environment to boost your well being and help with energy and focus. You can choose to use a chair (provided) for some or all of your practice, or keep it completely mat based. Options are provided throughout. In addition to your mat, you may wish to bring along a few other yoga aids such as a blanket or yoga blocks if you have them. All are welcome!
