This beginner's Yoga class is suitable for all levels, ages and flexibilities!
We'll be doing a gentle Yoga class (a mix of Vinyasa and Yin styles) that will leave you feeling stretched and amazing by the end of class. I'll be giving modifications and options if you want to take your practise deeper and try something different as you progress in your practise.
Please bring your own mat to class, wear comfy clothing (gym gear is great!), bring a bottle of water and see you there!

This mellow Vinyasa (meaning - flow, connected movement) Yoga class will follow a similar series of poses each week with plenty of variation, modifications and even use of props to spice things up each week. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities, including total beginners. We will be building on our learnings from each week so you can see your progress with your practise.
We'll take this morning practise nice and slowly giving your body time to warm and wake up!
The class link will be emailed to you 30 mins before the class start time. The class will be hosted via Google Meet.
