Join me on Wednesday mornings for a beautiful bridge between Yin and Yang Yoga.
Blending the best of Yin and the flowing form of Vinyasa Yoga this Wednesday class will be a gentle flow to stretch into our muscles. As the class progresses we'll move into more Yin-like postures, holding them for a longer time to allow for a deeper stretch.
This class will be suitable for beginners and (if you have them) please bring along blocks, bricks, blankets, bolsters etc for the Yin portion of the practise.

Join me for an hour of deep stretching in our Yin Yoga session.
Yin Yoga is a powerful but slow form of Yoga where you hold the poses for a minimum of 2 minutes in order to deeply stretch the tougher parts of the body such as our fascia, ligaments, tendons etc. Yin is mainly a floor based practise although there can be a couple of standing poses. Yin is a great practise to mix with the more 'yang' forms of Yoga and can really help with improving flexibility, mobility, improving injury and quietening the mind.
This class is suitable for Beginners including total newbies to Yoga.
