Intro to Yoga Course - Poynton

This course is intended for complete beginners to Yoga or those who want a refresher of the basics before returning back to a Beginner's class. This course is designed to be slow and provide some talk education on Yoga as well as physical practise of Yoga so you can feel confident getting into class.

What does the course entail?
6x 60min sessions, 15mins of alignment & Q+A followed by 45mins of Yoga class
Handouts and mini-manual on poses and Yoga basics for you to take home
Recordings of our classes so you can catch up if you miss a session or keep handy to refer back to

7 - 8pm every Monday at The Centre in Poynton
