Valentines Day is a cutesy holiday where we celebrate all things Romantic LOVE. But what about the love we give to our friends? Family? And most importantly, ourselves!
In our list of priorities we can often put anyone and everyone before ourselves.
This workshop is designed to help you remember just how amazing YOU are and give yourself a little bit of self-care & love.
What will we be doing?
- Opening + picking our own oracle card for the session
- Meditation on love + what brings us the most joy
- Manifestations based on our meditation. Answering, how can I show myself more love this year?
- Restorative Yoga
- Yoga Nidra for Self-Love
Bring props to make yourself comfortable for the Nidra portion of class – blankets, pillows, cushions, bolsters, eye mask etc. and a notepad if you have one.
