DESCRIPTION: A slow-paced, thematic Vinyasa practice where students are encouraged to take the time to explore postures and transitions, and find variations that suit them best. Still beginner-friendly, but more experienced practitioners are welcome too! 
In every class, students will be guided through a sequence that dissects the theme or focus of the day--whether it's a pose/asana or a specific yoga philosophy, the goal of each class is to provide space for the students to learn more about the practice of yoga and themselves. Different options will also be provided, and there will be space to build strength, and adjust the intensity of the practice depending on the students' individual wants or needs.
