A slow paced yoga class suitable for complete beginners and those with some yoga experience wanting a more gentle class. In this class we go through the basics of common yoga poses and sequences in detail, explaining how to do the poses with correct alignment. You will be introduced to simple breathing techniques for yoga.

This means we will go a little slower and children will be able to pick some things up from the class.  You are on mute, so they won't disturb anyone, no one will even see them but me!  Just roll out a mat for them, give them some blocks, cushions, and books. They might do yoga with you, or they might just jump around on the blocks!

All ages welcome.

This is a mixed level class open to all levels of student except for complete beginners. Beginners should join the Tuesday class at 7pm first before progressing to this class.

This is a great class to progress your practice by playing around with the more challenging options that are offered when you feel ready, or just stay with the gentler options if you prefer.
