Skype yoga class for all levels

The library is closed the weeky of 9th March so classed are cancelled on Monday and Tuesday evening.

I am trialing a Skype yoga class on Monday 9th March 7.30pm at a discounted rate of £5 per student.

This is a mixed level class open to all levels of student from beginner to intermediate level. The class will be adapted to suit the different levels of students.

Options will be given throughout the class to take easier or more challenging variations of poses and sequences.
