DESCRIPTION: Meet outside the freemasons arms pub in downshire hill at 6.30pm

 us for an energising yoga class on the beautiful Hampstead Heath.

To comply with government guidelines and please ensure social distancing of 2 metres between each mat.

The class will be an all levels vinyasa flow class with options given throughout for different levels and abilities.

We will meet by 6.30 outside the Freemasons Arms Pub on Downshire Hill. Please be on time as we will leave at 6.35 to walk into the heath and find a shaded spot to practice on the heath. Please message me if you are running late. 07740 300 557.
