Inversion & Arm Balance Workshop

In this workshop you will have the chance to play around with popular inversions and arm balances within a small group setting. There will be a maximum of 10 students so I can give individual assistance to each of you. We will spend time breaking down each arm balance or inversion, with tips on how to go from beginner level to advanced.

Whether you are just starting to learn to hold crow pose or you want to try forearm stand, this workshop is for you.

I have tips to help you build the strength and confidence for each pose. Many of these poses look harder than they really are. I will give tips on which parts of the body to focus on with flexibility and strength to progress into the poses. If you don't manage them in the workshop you will know what to work on to start moving towards the full pose.

Time permitting we will cover headstand, handstand, forearm stand, crow & side crow (with options to enter from tripod headstand) 1 leg crow, astavakrasana.

The workshop will be limited to 10 students so that I can give individual help to everyone.

Please bring your own yoga mat or let me know if you need me to bring one for you.
