DESCRIPTION: The perfect class for stiffer bodies that are a little less able. We move with the breath and work on stretching, balance, and mobility. We make use of lots of props and include some meditation, as well as a restful savasana at the end of the session. Not only for silver foxes, but for anyone who wants to take things nice and slow.
