DESCRIPTION: A ride through autumn colours followed by a cosy stretch and flow class ツ

>> We will meet at 11:15 at Shiva Shiva Yoga, Goethestraße 40, 80336. We will drop off our bags with our yoga clothes, take a quick pee and set off at 11:30!

>> We will do a 60km-ish loop (ca. 26km/h) to the south with approx. 500 metres of climbing.

>> Once we are back at the studio we will freshen up and then begin our 60-minute yoga session designed to iron out the body after our time on the bike. Mats will be provided at the studio, as well as snacks and tea.
