Start your day with an energising Yoga practice. Ian will guide you through a slowly building 30 minutes of Yoga, wake the body and mind ready for your week.

If this is an online class you will receive a reminder email approx. 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. This email will contain joining instructions.

This class will also be viewable after the class if you miss it. Please ensure you are fit and well to do the class, take the instruction as 'guidance' and only do what feels ok. Feel free to contact Ian with any questions regarding the class ian@yogawithian.com

All Yoga classes are currently limited to 6 participants to meet government requirements.

Due the current Covid - 19 Pandemic the following is required if you are attending an event at East Suffolk Yoga Studio, Rendlesham
• Please bring your own Yoga mat, Yoga block and strap
• Please wear a mask when entering the building, your mask can be removed when you are on your Yoga mat or at your workstation.
• Please put your mask back on when your session finishes or if you temporarily need to leave your yoga mat or workstation.
• Your temperature will be taken on arrival.
• Please use the hand gel provided or bring your own.
• Toilets and handwashing facilities are available.

In these classes Ian combines elements of Hatha, Vinyasa and restorative yoga to create a rounded yoga practice. You will leave the class feel calm and energised after going through a sequence of posturesu that flow from one to the other. Ian uses a range to props including blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters to enable everyone to experience each posture in accordance with their body type and age.

Ian has a calm and inclusive approach to his teaching allowing you to feel relaxed throughout your yoga class. Ian’s interest in sharing yoga to everyone to create a space where you can take some time out for yourself, become aware of your body and breath providing an opportunity to be in the present moment, without the distraction of thoughts from the past or the future.
