This is gentle yoga class suitable for those who prefer a less strenuous class or those that have some physical limitations.

In these classes Ian combines elements of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga to create a rounded yoga practice. You will leave the class feel calm and energised after going through a sequence of postures that flow from one to the other. Ian uses a range to props including blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters to enable everyone to experience each posture in accordance with their body type and age.
Ian has a calm and inclusive approach to his teaching allowing you to feel relaxed throughout your yoga class. Ian’s interest in sharing yoga to everyone to create a space where you can take some time out for yourself, become aware of your body and breath providing an opportunity to be in the present moment, without the distraction of thoughts from the past or the future.
