General terms of Yoga with Lora

As a participant in classes, workshops or retreats through Yoga with Lora I understand the following:

A yoga practice includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.

If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, and ask for support from the teacher.

I will advise the instructor of any pre-existing conditions, as well as any new ones that may arise, that may adversely affect my ability to do specific activities.

I understand that yoga and other services offered through Yoga with Lora are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.

I understand the following regarding class bookings and cancellations:
- classes can be booked up until 24 hours prior to class start time
- classes can be cancelled up until 25 hours prior to class start time without a fee
- evening classes will run when there are 2 or more students booked
- should a class be cancelled for any reason all students will be emailed or notified directly in some way (for cancellations due to less than 2 students booked the students will be notified at least 20 hours in advance)
- should I not attend a class I am booked into I will be charged for the class if I held a spot in a full class or if without my booking the class would have been cancelled

I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and how I will move my body during my yoga practice.

I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Lora Colautti and her business Yoga with Lora, as well as any other teachers or facilitators that may be conducting classes or workshops in the Yoga with Lora studio, on its property or under its name.
