This October we focus on helping our immune system stay strong, by stimulating blood circulation and lymphatic flow with powerful ladder yoga sequences.

Ladder sequences are repeated flows which add a new posture each cycle. This builds heat and allows us to get a confident moving mediation as we know most of what's coming.

These sequences work deeply on breath work, helping you clear your mind, build internal heat and challenge your entire body!

Plus a guided 10min mediation after the class.

Curious about yoga and not sure where to start? Or maybe you had dived into regular classes without ever doing a beginner’s introduction. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to take it back to basics or interested in starting yoga.
We're taking it right back to the start, focusing on the fundamentals of a good yoga practice, broken down into 4 key components:
Part 1:
We start by introducing breath work - pranayama, and a little about why we practice yoga in the first place.
Part 2:
A break-down of alignment for the classic postures that you'll come across in almost every modern yoga class.
Part 3:
A 60-minute full beginners yoga flow – a lovely mindful practice to leave you floating!
Part 4:
A guided seated mediation, and a little on why we mediate and how to get the best from it.

At the end we'll have time for open questions from you all.
After the workshop, you will receive a video recording of it, plus an illustrated e-booklet with a self-guided practice and tips to help you at home.
The recording will be viewable for 7 days and will be great for anyone who can't make the live session and wants to follow on later, or just wants to do it again.
What you'll need:
A yoga or exercise mat, or just a towel if you don’t have one
A cushion & blanket
A notepad
... and your lovely self and whoever else at home who would like to join in!
