Description
Mandala Yoga: A practice which takes you on a journey all around your mat that will leave you feeling fresh and ready for whatever the weekend has to bring.
The class break-down:
- 15 minutes Yin
- 50 minutes Power Vinyasa
- 20 minutes Yin
We start with a slow yin to enter a meditative place, physcially and mentally and then enter into a fire practice that works towards a firm intention and is created around the four elements that bring connection between you and each of the Elements in the Universe – Earth, Water, Fire and Air.
