The 7am morning club restarts in 2021 with a 30 minute flow followed by a 10 minute meditation, each week having a new theme to keep things fresh and make sure the whole body gets attention!
Week 1: Ground yourself – Using the element earth, get re-grounded
Week 2: Time to energise – Create lasting energy in the body by opening the spine
Week 3: Make it count – Ladder flows build strength and flexibility through repetition
Week 4: Reap the rewards – A journey all around the mat, get deep into new space in the body
