DESCRIPTION: This friendly Chair Yoga class is accessible to everyone.
We begin seated with centering, breathing, and some gentle opening stretches.
We then flow into seated Sun Salutations to warm up before standing up for balancing and standing strength poses (with the chair assisting).
Sitting back on the chair we wind down with closing stretches, breath work, deep relaxation and meditation.
