DESCRIPTION: In this dynamic Yoga class we flow creatively through sun or moon salutations, strengthening & stretching our bodies, and seeking balance, physically, emotionally and energetically.
During the deep relaxation at the end  you'll receive (if you like) a massage adjustment from me to ensure you let go fully. 
Although it's an intermediate level class, beginners with a certain level of fitness are welcome to join.
