DESCRIPTION: On Saturday at 10.30 am I will teach a yoga class live on Zoom with all the money going to feed the NHS.
My friend Hannah, who runs the cafe at SoulFit, (the beautiful yoga studio in Lewes where the class will also be filmed) is providing breakfast at no cost for the ICU and theatre staff at The Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath. 

You can donate as much as you want and feel you can afford to at this difficult time, recommended donation is £4 as that is roughly the cost of a meal, however, the class is open for anyone to join.

The class will be a gentle morning stretch, perfect for all ages and levels of wakefulness and experience (including none).
