DESCRIPTION: A gentle class outdoors on the green space behind the church hall.
The class is weather dependent, an email will be sent out on Sunday morning letting you know if it is going ahead or not. If the weather doesn't look any good we can either do it on zoom or you can keep the credit for another day.

The class itself will be a gentle, full body stretch. A great one to get back to yoga with if it has been a little while, or maybe even as a first class.

Bring your own mat, blanket for the relaxation and enough clothes to stay warm.
