DESCRIPTION: Join Joanna and Catherine as we gather together to celebrate Ostara the spring equinox.

On this sacred day we celebrate the return of the spring.  A time of rebirth after the death of the winter and an opportunity to cultivate balance within on this day where the length of the night and the day are equal.

In this beautiful two hour experience  we will journey with the goddess.  Turning inward to balance the light and the dark within, letting go of what no longer serves and planting the seeds to emerge anew.
Journaling will follow to enable us to really gain clarity on what is emerging from within.  Finishing with a gorgeous balancing yoga flow to really embody the medicine of the evening.

We will finish with a deep savasana where Reiki will be sent into the space to help heal, clear and replenish the energy.
