With Mother’s Day on Sunday 19th March, why not celebrate by spending time quality time together connecting through yoga, joy and relaxation?

As mothers and daughters we know how special and sometimes challenging this relationship can be. Practicing yoga together can be a beautiful way to experience deep connection to support your relationship and each other.

Join Niki at YogaWolf Studio to practice a gentle yoga flow, including breathing, partner yoga, reiki and a guided relaxation. Nurturing tea and a very special gift for each daughter to give to her mum included.

No experience necessary.
