DESCRIPTION: The Dark Moon is when the energy tends to be rather dark and heavy, and we find ourselves at our lowest ebb in our flow, possibly in our shadow self. 
We will begin with some Yin yoga, descending into our darkness with forward folding, then a hip opening flow before we settle back into Yin of the heart  💙 ✨️
